上海听界商务咨询有限公司专注于提供个性化的大学及职业规划辅导服务，满足每位学生的个别需求。我们的服务通过Zoom或腾讯会议在线平台便捷地提供，无论您身在何处，都能灵活接受来自家中舒适环境的咨询。签署合同后，为了确保沟通无缝，我们会创建一个包括艾迪先生、家长和学生的专属微信群组，以保持整个咨询过程中所有相关方的信息一致性和透明度。

我们的在线会议时间由艾迪先生和学生共同协商确定，以确保所选日期最符合他们个人的时间安排。虽然不要求家长参与这些会议，但我们仍然重视与家长的沟通。因此，家长将在会议后的第二天收到会议内容的详细总结，了解会议中的进展和讨论情况。我们的服务以创建一个支持性和协作性的环境为中心，促进学生的自主性和发展，同时让家长参与到孩子的教育旅程中。

At 上海听界商务咨询有限公司 Meet the World LLC, AKA Cafe con Becas, we specialize in offering personalized college and career counseling services tailored to meet the individual needs of each student. Our services are conveniently delivered online, leveraging platforms like Zoom or Tencent Meeting, to provide flexible and accessible counseling sessions from the comfort of your home. Upon signing the contract, we facilitate seamless communication by creating a dedicated WeChat group that includes Mr. Eddie, the parents, and the student. This ensures everyone involved is aligned and informed throughout the counseling process.

The scheduling of our online meetings is a collaborative effort between Mr. Eddie and the student, empowering them to select dates that best fit their individual schedules. While the participation of parents in these sessions is not required, we value keeping them informed. To this end, parents will receive a comprehensive summary of each session the following day, providing insights into the progress and discussions that took place. Our approach is centered on creating a supportive and collaborative environment that fosters the student’s autonomy and development while keeping parents engaged in their child’s educational journey.

乙方的义务 Party B’s obligations:

1. 须对申请人的文件资料和个人信息（包括个人背景、信用卡信息、相关申请文书等）采取合理和必要的保密措施。

1. Reasonable and necessary confidentiality measures shall be taken to protect the applicant’s private documents and personal information (including personal background, credit card information, relevant application documents, etc.).

2. 须如实介绍所选学校的信息，并指导申请人成功完成并提交成功完成并提交指定的申请材料(如成绩单、在读大学证明或毕业证、资金证明等) 。

2. Party B shall truthfully introduce the information of the selected school and guide the applicant to successfully submit the university applications (such as transcripts, University certificates or diplomas, financial certificates, etc.).

3. 须协助申请人选择将要申请的学校，协助申请人支付学校申请费，并指导申请人向学校递交任何所需文件、交纳学校押金等, ；乙方应协助申请人在适当时机申请奖学金，并将具体金额等相关内容及时通知申请人。

3. Party B shall assist the applicant in selecting the school to apply for, assisting the applicant in paying the school application fee, guiding the applicant to send any required documents to the school, paying the school deposit, etc.; Party B shall assist the applicant in applying for scholarships when applicable, and inform the applicant of the specific amount and other relevant contents in a timely manner.

4. 应协助并指导申请人使用申请所用邮箱，指导或提醒申请人使用相关邮箱回复相关邮件。

4. Assist and guide the applicant to use the email used in the application, and guide or remind the applicant to reply to the universities using relevant email.

5. 乙方将协助和指导申请人整理和发送申请材料, 并指导学生在提交申请材料后进行适当处理这些材料。

5. Party B will assist and guide the applicant to organize and send the application materials, and guide the students to handle the application materials properly after submitting them.

6. 若申请人在申请过程中获得面试资格，乙方为申请人提供面试指导。

6. If the applicant is qualified for an interview in the application process, Party B shall provide interview guidance for the applicant.

7. Party B will provide visa interview training to the student

8. 乙方将为学生提供文化适应准备，拟定计划帮助学生从高中向大学过度。

8. Party B will provide the student with cultural adaptation preparation and create a success plan to aid in the student’s high school to college-transition process

Privacy Statement

知识产权与保密 Intellectual property and confidentiality

无担保：甲方上海听界商务咨询有限公司不保证学生一定会被申请的所有大学录取。

No guarantee: Meet the World LLC 上海听界商务咨询有限公司 Cafe con Becas does not guarantee that the students will be admitted to all the universities.

乙方在本合同下提供的任何材料拥有版权和其他知识产权。甲方使用这些材料只允许为甲方自己私人所用，所有甲方持有的材料务必保证其机密性，包括其他客户的匿名材料。除非法律要求，否则不得向任何第三方透露任何此类专有或机密材料。甲方应该采取一切必要的措施来保护这种材料。甲方通过乙方购买的服务不是法律建议、财务建议、心理治疗或心理健康咨询。

Any materials provided by Party B under this contract have copyright and other intellectual property rights. Party A can only use these materials for Party A’s private use. All materials held by Party A must be confidential, including anonymous materials of other customers. Except as required by law, no such proprietary or confidential material shall be disclosed to any third party. Party A shall take all necessary measures to protect this material. The services purchased by Party A through Party B are not legal advice, financial advice, psychotherapy, or mental health consultation.

We assure you that any information provided by parents and student clients is held in strict confidence. We do not share, sell, or distribute any of your personal information to any third-party organization. All communications regarding our services will be conducted through WeChat and/or email, which are our official channels for maintaining direct and secure contact with our clients. We prioritize your privacy and have implemented no cookies or tracking technology on our platforms, ensuring that your interactions with us remain private and unmonitored. Your trust is paramount to us, and we are dedicated to upholding the highest standards of confidentiality in all our client interactions.

不可抗力Force Majeure

1. 本合同所称不可抗力，是指本合同各方由于自然原因（如洪水、暴风、地震、干旱、暴风雪等人类无法控制的大自然力量所引起的灾害事故）以及社会原因（如战争、罢工、政府禁止令、社会动乱、恐怖活动、大规模传染病或流行病、移民或签证管制、交通管制、火车航班延误等）引起的不能预见、不能避免和不能克服的客观情况。

Force majeure in this contract refers to the unforeseeable, unavoidable, and insurmountable objective situations caused by natural reasons (such as floods, storms, earthquakes, droughts, snowstorms, etc.) and social reasons (Such as war, strike, government injunction, social unrest, terrorist activities, large-scale infectious diseases or epidemics, immigration or visa control, traffic control, train flight delay, etc)

Refund Policy

At Meet the World LLC (上海听界商务咨询有限公司), we are dedicated to providing you with the highest quality college and career counseling services. Due to the nature of our consulting work and the commitment of resources upon the start of our services, we maintain a policy of no refunds. Once a client has agreed to our services and the contract is signed, we allocate resources to ensure that we can fully deliver on our service commitments. Therefore, we cannot offer refunds once the service process has begun. We encourage our clients to carefully consider their decision to engage our services before signing the contract.

退款政策

在上海听界商务咨询有限公司，我们致力于为您提供最高质量的大学和职业规划咨询服务。鉴于我们咨询工作的性质以及服务开始时资源的承诺，我们维持不提供退款的政策。一旦客户同意我们的服务并签署合同，我们便会分配资源以确保我们能够充分履行服务承诺。因此，一旦服务过程开始，我们将无法提供退款。我们鼓励我们的客户在签约前仔细考虑决定是否接受我们的服务。
